It would have been nice if we had the field and slopes improved along with a new Jumbo Tron/scoreboard!

Do y'all remember the Sinking of the North End Zone & South End Zone Hill areas at the Rob i think it was year 1984 before the season and we didn't know if we could play in the Rob that year and plans were being for the games to be moved back to old memorial stadium or to play our home games in Shreveport, La?

I don't recall it being a night game. Read my lips it was a night game i was there. Who cares about your crusty lips. I was at the game also. We were playing Texas Southern and I can't ever remember playing Texas southern at night on a Saturday. Games like them and Alabama State are usually homecoming and as you should know we don't play HC at night.

One of my memories I have was when we played Valley and the World Fame Tiger Marching Band did the Famous "Light Show" where they turned off the lights in the stadium and the band had little lights on there shoes, while they played Turn off the lights..the best show I have ever seen in my life....I remember the halftime announcer saying "We gone show y'all why the Valley Band stayed at home" CLASSIC!!!!!'

Worst Years at Robinson Stadium for me were those years the Home Football Team GRAMBLING and the GSU students were seating on the eastside of the stadium and reserve ticket holders were seating the press box side right behind the visiting team. Now to me that was a very dumas move but i was there and i would still talk much she_it to the visiting teams.
