GRAMBLING, LA. (KNOE 8 News) - After his family was informed, Grambling State University confirmed to KNOE 8 News that one of their students died tragically over the weekend. 22-year-old Drameri Dill, a first-time GSU student, died in a single-car accident early Sunday morning. The case is being investigated by the Ruston Police Department. Dill, of Clinton, Miss., who transferred to the university from Louisiana Delta Community College, was captain of Bac Doe Production, an intramural basketball and flag football team at the university. "We regret the loss of Drameri Dill, and we wish his immediate family and other family members our deepest sympathy as they grieve during this difficult time," said Frank G. Pogue, president of Grambling State University.
