Dear Chamber Supporter, I am writing to ask your help with an important project that has the potential to greatly benefit the City of Grambling. The City of Grambling is in the process of evaluating the potential for a new hotel with meeting facilities to meet the needs of the community and surrounding areas. To assess the feasibility of the proposed hotel and conference center, the City of Grambling has retained PKF Consulting USA, a firm that specializes in the hospitality industry, to perform a market study. An important element of the market study is to understand the hotel and to meet the needs of the City of Grambling and surrounding areas. We need your help in determining that information. The link below, which is connected to a brief survey designed by PKF Consulting USA, will allow you to quickly gather this information. Please take the necessary time to complete the survey based on the hotel and meeting needs of your company or organization or respond based on events that you have attended. The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. We would like you to respond within the next week, if at all possible. Thank you in advance for your help. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Barbara McIntyre Barbara McIntyre, President Greater Grambling Chamber of Commerce (318) 243-1858 www.surveymonkey.com/s/KM2H9D8

Oh ok. I'm glad I put it in the email. Ray what do you think? I wish you could have been there for the meeting. It was a good presentation and the persons serving as contractors and consultants are extremely dedicated. You would have loved it. I know we spoke of a hotel one day in the yard and this has "coming to reality" written all over it!!!!

The PDF should be attached to all email blast and to this post going forward. Doing so will make additional distribution easier and conforming. Does the chamber have a Twitter or Facebook account? The PDF should be sent to the cloud and a tiny URL should be created so this can be twitted... If you all create a social presence and audience now, it'll be easier to crowd source ideas and spread the word about future initiatives and progress much faster...
